
A grand Lamp Lighting and Oath-Taking Ceremony was organized today at Amaltas Nursing College, Dewas for the first-year B.Sc. Nursing students. This event marked an emotional and inspiring moment for the students as they stepped into the noble profession of nursing.The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by students taking the solemn oath of service, dedication, and humanity in front of the statue of Florence Nightingale.Chief Guest Dr. Chintamani Chauhan, in his address, emphasized the significance of service and said, “Nursing is not just a profession but a symbol of service, dedication, and compassion. The behavior of nursing personnel while serving patients forms the foundation of their trust and recovery.”Chairman of Amaltas Hospital, Mr. Mayank Raj Singh Bhadoriya, congratulated all the students on this occasion and said, “This day is dedicated to the dignity of nursing and the spirit of service. We hope our students will work with utmost dedication in the service of humanity in the future.”The ceremony was graced by Amaltas University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Sharad Chandra Wankhede, Registrar Mr. Sanjay Rambole, Nursing Principal Dr. Sangeeta Tiwari, General Manager Dr. Manish Sharma, Program Convenor Dr. NehaYoutham, and Welcome Address by Dr. Mohsin, along with other distinguished guests.The event concluded with cultural performances by the students, adding grace and vibrancy to the ceremony.
