  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis Code of Conduct is applicable to the Governing Body, Vice Chancellor \/ Pro-Vice Chancellor \/ Deans \/ Registrar \/ Finance and Accounts Officer \/ Controller of Amaltas University Dewas (hereafter called \"Administrators\") who hold the highest responsible positions in the University. They are responsible for sustaining the highest ethical standards of the university, and of the broader community in which university function. The university values integrity, honesty and fairness and strives to integrate these values into all administration and supporting activities.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAdministrators must earn and maintain a reputation for integrity that includes, but is not limited to, compliance with laws and regulation and its contractual obligations. Even the appearance of misconduct or impropriety can be very damaging to the reputation of the university. Administrators must strive at all times to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity. Frequently, Amaltas University\u2019s activities and other conduct of its community members are non governed by specific laws or regulations. In this instance, rules of fairness, honesty, and respect for the rights of others will govern our conduct at all times. In addition, Administrators are required to conduct activities and transactions with the utmost honesty, accuracy and fairness.           • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAdministrator has a prime responsibility to lead the entire University with his\/her leadership skills, diligence, experience and cognizance. Administrator has to inculcate discipline, work culture and organizational values in HODs, teaching staff, administrative Staff, and these of the university. He\/She is responsible for day to day for smooth running of the University and all monitory and non-monitory decisions for the University. He\/She represents the University in society and in front of all outside stakeholders. Thus it is very important that he\/she understands all duties and scope of work, duties and responsibilities and practices it on a day to day basis.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

They may not be used for personal gain, and may not be used for personal use accept in the manner that is incidental and reasonable in light of the Administrator\u2019s duties. University resources include, but are not limited to, the use of university systems (e.g., telephone systems, data communication and networking services) and use of university equipments (e.g., computers and peripherals, university vehicles); the use of procurement tools such as purchasing card and petty cash; university's stationary and, the time and efforts of staff, students and others at Amaltas University.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

He\/She is authorized to take actions if the code of conduct is not followed by other stakeholders of the university.
