They are responsible for sustaining the highest ethical standards of the university, and of the broader community in which university function. The university values integrity, honesty and fairness and strives to integrate these values into all administration and supporting activities.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ab1d64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ab1d64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Standards of Integrity and Quality<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c947e9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5c947e9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a56e06 elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"0a56e06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Administrators must earn and maintain a reputation for integrity that includes, but is not limited to, compliance with laws and regulation and its contractual obligations. Even the appearance of misconduct or impropriety can be very damaging to the reputation of the university. Administrators must strive at all times to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity. Frequently, Amaltas University\u2019s activities and other conduct of its community members are non governed by specific laws or regulations. In this instance, rules of fairness, honesty, and respect for the rights of others will govern our conduct at all times. In addition, Administrators are required to conduct activities and transactions with the utmost honesty, accuracy and fairness. Administrator has to inculcate discipline, work culture and organizational values in HODs, teaching staff, administrative Staff, and these of the university. He\/She is responsible for day to day for smooth running of the University and all monitory and non-monitory decisions for the University. He\/She represents the University in society and in front of all outside stakeholders. They may not be used for personal gain, and may not be used for personal use accept in the manner that is incidental and reasonable in light of the Administrator\u2019s duties.
