Prioritizing healthcare services, the Government of Madhya Pradesh has gifted Ujjain a new medical college. On 21 November 2024, the BhoomiPujan ceremony for the new medical college in Ujjain was held with grandeur.On this historic occasion, Mr. Suresh Singh Bhadoriya, Chairman of Amaltas Medical College, honored Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav with a grand 101-kg garland.Over1,500 students of Amaltas University participated in the event, making it a memorable moment.ChairmanMr. Bhadoriyastated,“This step by the Madhya Pradesh Government is highly commendable for enhancing healthcare services. With the establishment of this medical college, the people of Ujjain and nearby regions will no longer need to travel far for treatment. This ‘Medicity’ will usher in a new era of development for Ujjain.”He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Minister, emphasizing that this event marks a new beginning in the region’s healthcare sector.
